TYPES OF PRODUCTION
Repeat Styles
Work closely with our team and select any styles from our current and past ranges in the patterns, colourways and prints your customers will love. We can even offer colourways and prints exclusively for your store. We also accommodate for minor adjustments to our ranges so that you can customise to suit your customers' needs.
Bespoke Production
Looking to produce exclusive designs for your store? Create your dream pieces with our team of experienced designers and patternmakers. All we need from you is a sample garment reference alongside your desired changes or comments in detail and we will help bring your designs to life. We’ll take care of fittings and sampling and can offer freight options to suit your timeline. Please note sampling fees will apply accordingly.
LABELS & SWING TAGS
We understand the importance of branding, which is why our team has focused on creating swing tags and woven labels with a sense of quality and timelessness in mind to enhance the look and feel of the garments. You are most welcome to use our labels for your own orders.
However, if you have your own labelling requirements, we can also include this in the production process, free of charge. Please note that all labelling components must be sent to our overseas office with shipping at your own expense.
EXECUTION & DELIVERY
Production will take approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the style and freight delivery method. The official process begins once a 30% deposit made to Amber Glow Pty Ltd is received, once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, and the balance of the total invoice shall be payable upon delivery of the goods.
Once the stock has arrived, you are required to collect the stock from our Melbourne/Sydney location within one week of its arrival. Alternatively, an additional freight cost will be added if you would like the stock sent out to your location.
QUANTITIES & PRICING
The minimum order quantity depends on the type of production you choose.
Repeat style orders will be at minimum 60-80 pieces per colourway, depending on the style.
Bespoke Production orders will be at minimum 150-200 pieces per design.
*Cancellation & Refunds
If a cancellation is made after production has commenced, the customer therefore forfeits the goods and the full amount of the deposit shall be forfeited to Amber Glow Pty Ltd as a reasonable estimated of Amber Glow's Costs and loss of value of the goods. Upon receiving garments, we encourage you to inspect all items immediately and if any faults are found, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible and any returns are to be made within 14 days from delivery.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns of they are not of manufacturing fault or deemed to have been damaged under customer care in which Style State holds no responsibility for the fault.
